Ingredients

Not a complete ingredient list - I've only highlighted some info

WW: says "Azo dye free" on the front, no salt, no maltodextrin
Moir's: contains azo dye E124, salt, maltodextrin

Appearance

Powder

  • WW: light yellow coloured crystals
  • M: darker orange-yellow crystals

Both jellies were prepared according to the identical preparation instructions.

Jelly:

  • WW: bright yellow, slightly opague colour
  • M: bright, clear and strong orange colour

Aroma

  • WW: very little aroma while making the jelly. Once set, almost no aroma
  • M: strong pineapple candy aroma while making the jelly, and also once set

Flavour

  • WW: delicate pineapple flavour, mostly fresh, almost floral. Not strong and no long aftertaste
  • M: strong pineapple candy flavour, with a long candylike aftertaste

Basic tastes

  • WW: medium to low sweet, medium to high acidity
  • M: medium to high sweet and sour

Mouthfeel

  • WW: firm jelly that retains it's shape and almost "crumbles" in the mouth
  • M: medium-firm jelly that melts in the mouth

General comments

Two very different jellies! I'm looking forward to tasting more flavours, especially creme soda. Look out for that blog post coming soon.
